The Insurix client-centered support team consists of dedicated professionals prepared to address all of your technical support and training needs.

Technical Support

The Insurix Client Services Framework is organized to ensure continuity of service and support post implementation. Members of the implementation team will play a key role within the client services delivery model to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and technical support to meet and exceed all service level agreement metrics. All incoming calls are logged, classified by Level, and tracked through to resolution utilizing our Client Care Center software.

Online Client Service Tools

In addition to our live telephone support, clients are provided access to our password protected Client Care Center 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Here users can enter and track service requests, report technical issues to Technical Support and receive a response via e-mail or phone.

Training & Education

Our training and education services enable you to achieve the greatest return on your investment by ensuring that your staff is taking full advantage of our productivity enhancing software. Insurix supplies a qualified trainer in a classroom setting or assists with a "train the trainer" arrangement. In-depth curriculums will be presented that result in transferring critical knowledge of the operational and functional aspects of each module.

We bring instructors to you! So, the high costs associated with travel by employees such as flying and hotel expenses are eliminated and valuable time away from the office is minimized.
