Scalability
Insurix installations are currently processing millions of dollars in new business quoting and processing thousands of renewal, enrollment and related transactions each month. Our systems are architected for mid to large scale, multi state clients with high volume and complex processing needs.

The Insurix application is engineered to be deployed on Web Servers and Application Servers in a load balanced configuration and operating in a stateless mode. This allows for members of the farm to be added or removed without impacting online users. This architecture deployed with database servers in a multi-node cluster in an Active-Passive fail-over configuration provides 100% uptime for our production applications and 24x7 availability. Scaling vertically can be accomplished with the addition of processors, memory and additional drive arrays.

The architecture supports Oracle or Microsoft Databases allowing high volume record processing. Both databases have been benchmarked at over 3 Terabytes of data and billions of rows.
